This is the mould used in manufacturing of AAC Blocks. This is made up of MS material. In which the the mixture after batching is poured and and after the precured is over the mould is removed by using demouler. The moulds are normally of rectangular or square shape.
The AAC block manufacturing plants are starting from 20 meter cubic per day to 1000 meter cubic per day. We can supply all the types of AAC plant. Semi Automatic and Automatic plants. The plant are manufactured and delivered at customer's location, then we install it and give trials. aslo there is a training from our side is given to customer.

This is main componant of AAC Block Plant. In this steam is used for curing of the blocks. The moulds are kept in for 8hrs inside this. The steam from boiler is used for curing. Autoclaves are having length aroung 23 to 30 meter according to plant capacity.
