AAC Block Manufacturing Plant

Autoclaved Aerated Concrete Block manufacturing plant contain various machinery like Autoclave, Boiler, Horizontal cutting machine, Vertical cutting machine, Demoulder, Batching plant and Slurry tank. The main compositions/raw materials used are Fly ash, Cement, Gypsum, Al Powder, Soluble oil, etc.

This plant has the capacity to produce 300 meter cubic per day. 
This is one of our bigest plant. This plant is Automatic plant having tilting mechanisms and Silo. The Slurry tanks, Cutting machines, Batching plant, Titling crane, Grouping crane,  Autoclaves are of extended capacity.

Capacity of this plant is 100 m³  per day.
This plant contains Autoclave, Boiler, Batching plant, Slurry tank, Verticle and horizontal cutting machine, Tilting crane, Grouping cranes, Moulds, tracks, control panels and silo's.
All the machines are manufactured at our factory in Dhayari Pune.

This is main componant of AAC Block Plant. In this steam is used for curing of the blocks. The moulds are kept in for 8hrs inside this. The steam from boiler is used for curing. Autoclaves are having length aroung 23 to 30 meter according to plant capacity.

This is the AAC Autoclave used in AAC Block plant to cure the blocks after cutting. The mould is pushed inside the autoclave. The capacity of autoclave is depend upon the plant capacity you wanted. The curing cycle is upto 8 hrs. After curing the blocks are ready to dispatch.

This is the AAC Mini plant having capacity of 10 m3 or 20 m3. This are small AAC Plant having low production rates compared to big plant. This plants are of expanding capacity upto 80 meter cubic per day.
The land required is 15000 square feet and shed is required is 7000 square feet(approximate).

The light weight brick is AAC Brick. This is 3 times lighter than red brick and 4 times high compressive strength. The plant has various machineries that are slurry tank, batching plant, demoulder, Mould, tracks, horizontal and vertical cutting machine, Autoclave and Boiler.

This is the mould used in manufacturing of AAC Blocks. This is made up of MS material. In which the the mixture after batching is poured and and after the precured is over the mould is removed by using demouler. The moulds are normally of rectangular or square shape. 
The AAC block manufacturing plants are starting from 20 meter cubic per day to 1000 meter cubic per day. We can supply all the types of AAC plant. Semi Automatic and Automatic plants. The plant are manufactured and delivered at customer's location, then we install it and give trials. aslo there is a training from our side is given to customer.
